Bell Pepper fry

- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 3 cups Cut bell peppers chopped to small pieces
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 3 tbsp Besan flour or Gram flour
Heat a sauce pan and add oil to it. Once hot, add in the cumin seeds and asafoetida and wait for it to splutter.
Add in the cut bell peppers cover with a lid and cook for 10 min or until you can break the peppers with your spatula easily.
Add in the turmeric and chilli powder and cook for another 5 minutes until the spices are incorporated well.
Add in the gram flour and stir the entire mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Overcooking the gram flour can cause a burnt flavour.
Serve with Roti or rice and enjoy!
